Janet Ford Personal Page
Janet trained at the Inchbald School of Design in London during the 1960s. After graduation, she pursued a successful career in childcare while continuing her creative work by attending art and pottery classes.
In 2003 Janet attended drawing and painting classes with landscape painter Nick Andrews, before studying art and design at Yeovil College. It was during this time that Janet's passion for sculpture developed, leading her to join Charlotte Morton's sculpture group in Salisbury.
Janet's work takes inspiration from the human figure, blending her artistic skills with her lifelong love of yoga and dance. She uses a variety of materials to create her sculptures.
